This week's SING-A-MA-THING TIP:
Require that your child uses some basic Spanish for a few common commands--try to make it a habit, and reward efforts with a quick response, or silly antics:
I want ______ = Yo quiero (kyéhr-o)______
Milk = leche
Water = agua
Juice = jugo (hoó-goh)

Just had to share this story...
Tyler was singing the new eating song that we learned today -- belting out Spanish in the other room and doing really well. He didn't quite get all the words right, but he could sing the whole song on his own and sang most of the words correctly.
